Varbi | Update about the service disruption

Here is a update about what caused the service disruption in Varbi 2026-06-04 between 04:45 - 07:35:

Varbi’s database experienced a severe issue while running a new data cleansing job in the early hours of this morning. This caused Varbi to become unavailable until our technical team were available.

Our technical team were then able to fix the problem quickly and Varbi promptly started to operate as normal.

The disruption does not come from any external source, and we want to emphasise that this was not an attack, no data was lost and no data has left our servers.
