Post-mortem

Here is a update about what caused the service disruption in Varbi 2025-06-17 between 12:21 - 12:43:

There was a storage related issue where a node in our storage cluster was not working as expected. This node was isolated and removed from service.

The disruption does not come from any external source, and we want to emphasise that this was not an attack, no data was lost and no data has left our servers.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Varbi is operational again. The issue appears to be related to a storage performance issue at out hosting provider.
